Booki ngs/reservations:
Offer will be valid for 24H-ours only and on expiry or rO *orrs offer will be cancelled.
On expiry offer can be re-instated subject to rate revision and availability of
accom modation/seat/permission etc.
ln certain cases offer will be valid for few hours which will be indicated at the time of
communicating the offer.
Refund policv:
Refunds will be credited/paid 15-20 working days on receipt of same from
Ai rl i n es/Hote l/P ri n ci pa I Agents/G ovt. Agen ci es etc.
Cancellation charges will be applicable on refunds subject to nature of bookings. No
refunds will be given for “No Show” and last minute cancellations.
TDS/TCS will not be refunded in cases where same is paid to Government.
